What we believe

• Precision over recall. Ten postings worth your time beat two hundred that waste it. Every job is checked against the company's own board and scored honestly — including the ways you might not fit.
• Your résumé is yours. It is never sold, shared, or used to target ads. It exists in Cinchora for one purpose: matching you to work.
• Tools, not tricks. AI does the reading and the scoring so you don't have to — it's the mechanism, never the headline. Nothing is invented on your behalf: every tailoring suggestion and cover-letter claim traces back to what your résumé actually says.

How it works

Upload a résumé. Cinchora reads it, builds your profile, and searches live postings from company career boards — the sources of truth, not copies of copies. Each candidate role is scored for fit against your actual experience, and the results tell you why: strengths, gaps, and all. The more you search, the better it learns your standards.

Who's behind it

Cinchora is built by Cinchora Technologies LLC, an independent company founded in 2026 by Zachary Roosa and based in Brooklyn, New York. It is not a recruiting agency, a job board, or a data broker — it's a tool, built by someone who was tired of how job searching works.
